What I particularly valued was their strong knowledge of the local property market.  Given the current market slump, Shane provided honest and realistic advice about what price I could reasonably expect to achieve for the property.  I appreciated that they set clear expectations and helped me understand the market rather than simply telling he what I wanted to hear.

Their communication was excellent and I felt that my questions and concerns were addressed.  Their market knowledge and advice gave me confidence in the decisions I was making.

I had the benefit of having purchased the property from them previously, which gave me added confidence based on that positive experience. Having now worked with them both as a buyer and seller, I found them to be trustworthy, knowledgeable and genuinely easy to work with.

Overall, I felt I was in capable hands and would recommend them to anyone looking for a great real estate agent.
